A short tour of the employer dashboard — what every tab does and where to find what you need.
The dashboard is your home base. It shows active jobs, incoming applications, candidate messages, and hiring stats in one place.
The stat cards at the top of the Home page track three running numbers:
The dashboard loads cached data instantly, then refreshes in the background. If stats look stale, wait a few seconds or refresh the page.
Your main landing page after logging in. Shows your stat cards, your most recent job listings, and your latest applicant messages — everything you need at a glance without clicking anywhere else.
A full list of all your postings — Active, Paused, and Closed. From here you can post a new job, edit an existing one, change a job's status, or delete a listing. Each row shows the live applicant count for that role.
Every application submitted to your jobs lands here. Filter by job or status (Reviewing, Interested, Hired, Rejected), and click any applicant to see their full profile. New applications are highlighted so nothing slips by.
Your full inbox with all applicants. A blue badge shows the unread count. Click any conversation to open it, read the history, and reply. All communication stays inside Jobbli.
Manage your business information, update your logo and description, change your email or password, and adjust notification preferences. A complete company profile attracts more teen applicants.
