Account reviews typically complete within 24 hours. If it has been longer, please contact us at support@jobbli.org with your registered email and we'll check your status right away.
Try the following steps:
Check your spam or junk folder first. Emails from Jobbli sometimes land there. If it's not there after a few minutes, try registering again with the same email and a new code will be sent. Still nothing? Contact support@jobbli.org.
Make sure your account has been approved. Job posts are only visible to job seekers once your employer account is fully verified. If your account is approved and the job still isn't showing, try refreshing the Jobs page or contact support.
Go to your Jobs page from the sidebar. Click on the job you want to manage. From there you can edit the details, pause the listing, or delete it entirely.
A few things to check:
Refresh your Messages page. If messages still aren't appearing, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support with your account email and we'll investigate.
This is normal. Not all applicants follow through. If someone has gone silent after initial contact, it's fine to send one follow-up message. If there's still no response after 48 hours, mark their application as rejected and move on.
