Account and login

My account is stuck "under review"

Account reviews typically complete within 24 hours. If it has been longer, email support@jobbli.org with your registered email and we will check your status.

I can't log in to my account

I didn't receive a verification email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there after a few minutes, restart the signup with the same email so a fresh code is sent. Still nothing? Email support@jobbli.org.

Job posts

My job post isn't showing up

Make sure your account is approved. Job posts only become visible to teens once your employer account is verified. If your account is approved and the post still is not appearing, refresh the Jobs page or contact support.

I want to edit or delete a job post

Open the Jobs page from your sidebar and click the post you want to manage. From there you can edit details, pause the listing, or delete it entirely.

I'm not receiving applications

Messaging

I'm not seeing new messages

Refresh your Messages page. If messages still are not appearing, log out and back in. If the issue continues, email support with your account email and we will investigate.

An applicant is not responding

This happens. Not every applicant follows through. After initial contact, it is fine to send one follow-up. If there is still no response after 48 hours, mark the application as rejected and move on.
