How It Works

Sign up at Jobbli for Employers in just a few minutes. You'll need your business name, industry, and contact details. After you submit, your account goes through a quick review (usually under 24 hours) to keep the platform safe for teen applicants and their families.

You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your account is approved.

Once your account is approved, head to your profile page and fill in the details. Add your company logo, write a short description of your business, include your location, and mention what makes your workplace a good fit for teens. Profiles with logos and descriptions get noticed more by applicants browsing the platform.

You can update your profile at any time from the Account page in your dashboard.

Go to the Jobs page and click "Post a Job." Fill in the role title, your location, the hours and days you need covered, the pay range, and a clear description of the work. Be specific about scheduling so teens can check whether the hours work with their school commitments. Your job goes live right away once you submit it.

You can post multiple jobs at the same time and manage them all from your Jobs page.

Teen job seekers in Mississauga will browse your listing and apply directly through Jobbli. Every application shows up in your Applications page with the applicant's name, availability, and any details they included. You'll get a notification each time someone new applies.

You can filter applications by job posting or by status (Reviewing, Accepted, Rejected).

Use Jobbli's built-in messaging to talk to candidates without sharing phone numbers or personal emails. You can schedule interviews, ask follow-up questions, or send updates. Each applicant has their own conversation thread so you can keep track of every exchange in one place.

All messages stay within Jobbli, keeping communication private and organized.

When you're ready, mark applicants as Accepted, Reviewing, or Rejected from your Applications page. Use the messaging system to confirm start dates and share any onboarding details. Your dashboard gives you a quick view of your active jobs, total applicants, and how many people you've hired this month.

You can revisit past applicants at any time if a new position opens up.
