Jobbli is built for teens aged 14 to 18 looking for their first jobs in Peel Region. Every employer on Jobbli is reviewed by us before they can hire, and every job is meant for someone your age.

No. Creating an account, building a resume, and applying to jobs are all free, and always will be. No employer on Jobbli should ever ask you for money.

Three things: a Jobbli resume, a completed profile (about you, hobbies, availability, and how you would get to work), and a verified phone number. All of it takes about ten minutes total.

School counts. So do clubs, sports, volunteering, babysitting, tutoring, helping at a family business, and anything you have organized or led. Employers hiring teens expect no work history, they are looking for someone reliable who will show up and learn.

Yes. Open the resume page any time to edit any section, and download a copy whenever you want.

No. Your resume shows your first name and last initial, your city, and your education, experience, and skills. No age, no street address, no email, no phone number.

It is optional, but it helps. Jobbli gives you a template you can edit line by line, so you are never staring at a blank page. Two or three honest sentences about why you want the job is plenty.

The employer gets your application right away and can message you on Jobbli. If they want to move forward, they will send you an interview request or ask for a quick phone call. If they decide to go with someone else, you will get a clear update by email instead of being left wondering.

It depends on the employer. Some reply the same day, others take a week or two. Applying to a few jobs instead of just one is the best way to hear back faster. You can see the status of every application in My Jobs.

Applying unlocks once you have a resume, a completed profile, and a verified phone number. If the apply button is not working, one of those three is usually missing, and Jobbli will tell you which one.

An employer sends you a few times that work for them. You pick the one that fits your schedule and confirm it. The interview gets added to your messages, and we email you the details so you do not forget.

A quick call, usually ten to fifteen minutes, before or instead of meeting in person. On Jobbli the employer never gets your real number. They call our secure line with a private code, and we connect the call to you.

Be on time, be yourself, and be honest that this is your first job. Employers hiring teens care about attitude and reliability more than experience. Have one question ready to ask them, like what a typical shift looks like.

Report it. Every message has a report button, and you can block an employer at any time. Messages on Jobbli are monitored for safety, and we remove employers who break our rules. Never send money or banking information to anyone, no matter what they say.

So employers can actually reach you about interviews, and so we can text you when someone replies. Your number is verified with a code and stored where employers cannot see it. It is never shown to anyone.

No. If you share your number for a phone interview, the employer only receives Jobbli's secure line and a private access code that expires. Your real number stays hidden.

It is up to you. You can add a parent's email in your settings so they stay in the loop, but it is optional and you can apply to jobs without it.

Both are in Settings. Text Alerts lets you remove your number any time. Delete Account removes your profile, resume, applications, and messages, and it is done within one day.
